It is very very rare that I get a piece of communication (DM, ad or email), that makes me act immediately.

However, earlier today - I got an email to download a webinar on Website conversation. So I did. I clicked on the call to action, filled out my details (which I did truthfully) and a few seconds later - up came the webinar.

With paper and pen in hand...there I was, listening...learning...

3 minutes into the presentation - the webinar died, is dying...as I type this, it is still loading...10 minutes...12...15.

Now what?
- I closed the window.
- I will probably hesitate before I download another webinar from that organization.
- The presentation was on website conversation...really? They feel they can talk about that?
- When they contact me, which I am pretty sure they will - I will have to tell them of my seriously bad web experience.
